They now lie joint second. The game was marred by a sickening injury to Vincent Glynn in the 2nd minute. Since the last round of games, Kiltimagh have exited the championship while Islandeady comfortably beat Castlebar to qualify for the junior semi-fnals. The momentum would seem to be with Islandeady. However, Kiltimagh upped the pace in the second half and scored 1 points while their defence closed out Ballyhaunis and Kiltimagh were well worth their 8 point win. |
